She is known for her strong leadership style that supports overcoming major hurdles to see success with a committed and high performing team. She has been recognized across the business industry as a Telstra Business Women’s Finalist as well as a finalist in the Ernst Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards.

As an accomplished Board Director, Cara’s diverse skills are key to contributing her advice and guidance for success. Her professionalism and leadership has her roles expanding to Chair positions in a number of committees and she currently is the Deputy Chair of the North Eastern Community Hospital.
